Properly managing one's account is critical to your enjoyment of our games. Once your account or credit card has been compromised support is limited in how they can help you.
Please observe the following guidelines:
1. Do not give away your account or billing information
Pixel Mine staff and representatives will never ask for your account information over the forums or in game. If your account or card information is needed for support purposes, you will be directed to support@pixelminegames.com. Other requests for information are probably scam attempts.
2. Do not let other people use your account
You are in charge of your account safety. NEVER under ANY circumstance give away your account information or password.
3. Use the card responsibly
Pixel Mine takes credit card fraud very seriously, and will prosecute fraudulent use to the fullest extent of the law.
4. Bug abuse = you lose
Bugs can be found in many games. There may be some outstanding bugs that you have found or become aware of during the course of playing. Some of these bugs are harmless, but others can pose a serious threat to others' enjoyment of the game and how the game was intended to be played. If you are aware of bugs and knowingly abuse them for any reason, your account will be banned. The best option is to report a bug using our Bug Reporter or inform a GM in game.
Other Guidelines
Your account is also subject to the Rules of Conduct, the End User License Agreement, and the Terms of Use. Please read and be aware of these other guidelines which govern your rights and responsibilities as user on the Pixel Mine Portal.
Account Safety
Account theft can happen when malicious software is installed on your computer or someone has unwarranted access to your computer. Never accept files or email attachments from people that you do not know and trust. Do not use the Remote Assistance feature in Windows. If you suspect that your account has been stolen, please email support.
